Jogging

When you run in a hot place such as Zanzibar, you cannot run in the middle of the day. You have to run early in the morning or at night. This is how we run!

We start off outside our house in Mazizini


Then we run by the road for a while for warm up



Then we take a small way down to the beach


Then we run at the beach...





...and end up by 100 steps which we run up and down as many times we can. 
I am able to three, and this is how they are:

The first time is okay, but at the top your heartbeats are running like a mad machine!

The second time is worse. Your muscels starts to hurt. At the top your legs are shivering and you are out of breath.


The third time is the absoulte worst! Your whole body is in pain. At the top it feels like you are going to puke and you have serious problems getting down!


My goal is to run the stairs 5 times, before we leave Zanzibar!


Then we are usually very tired, so we walk on the beach back


The last thing we do is that we buy some water and go home
